Made-to-order and custom products
Many Tasman Made products are made to order or customized based on customer selections, artwork, images, size, material, or design preferences. Because these products are created specifically for each order, made-to-order and custom products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cazyji@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-custom items
If a product is not custom-made or made to order, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return review. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order changes and cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
