Shipping Policy

Tasman Made sells made-to-order home products. Most items are produced only after an order is placed.

Production time
Orders are usually prepared for production within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Typical delivery may take 7-20 business days after production is complete. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order has shipped.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect address, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Customs and import fees
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country or region.
