Where can I see my order?

Open Your Account from the header or the quick link above. Orders connected to that customer account appear in the order history.

What happens after I upload artwork?

The selected file, preview settings, material, and size are attached to the custom order. The artwork is reviewed before production.

Can I order a size not shown?

No. The material and size combinations shown in the product selector are the current supported production options.

Where do I see the shipping charge?

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated during checkout from the selected products and delivery address.
