Agreement

These Terms apply when you browse Tasman Made, create an account, upload content, or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked at checkout. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Products, dimensions, and appearance

Product pages identify the selected material, exact size, SKU, and other order details. Written dimensions control the order; room scenes and lifestyle images are placement references. Screen settings, lighting, printing, and material texture may produce minor color or appearance differences. Products are intended for indoor use unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Made-to-order production

Our current rugs and mats are made to order after purchase and are fulfilled by a third-party production partner in California. Tasman Made does not hold finished-product inventory. Production begins only after the order and, when applicable, customer artwork pass review.

Customer artwork and content

By uploading artwork, photographs, text, or instructions, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it for the ordered product. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You grant Tasman Made and the service providers needed to process the order a limited license to store, review, crop or position as instructed, reproduce, transmit, and print the submitted content solely to provide the requested product, customer support, and legally required records. Ownership of the customer's original content is not transferred to Tasman Made.

Order review and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to produce an order that cannot lawfully or technically be fulfilled. We may reject or cancel an order because of unsupported artwork, an unavailable product or material, a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address, or another inability to fulfill the confirmed order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled item and its applicable shipping charge to the original payment method.

Prices, payment, shipping, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout. Any sales tax that Tasman Made is legally required and configured to collect will be displayed before payment. Orders are confirmed for processing only after payment authorization succeeds.

Changes and cancellations

Contact support immediately to request a change or cancellation. Changes or cancellations can be approved only before production begins and are not guaranteed. Once production has started, a made-to-order item cannot be changed or cancelled for a change of mind.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected material, size, design, delivery address, and contact information before payment. Carrier delivery estimates do not include order review or production and are not guaranteed.

Store and account use

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, interfere with checkout or service operation, scrape personal information, or use automated systems to overload the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Intellectual property

The Tasman Made name, storefront design, product copy, and store-owned graphics are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or commercially exploit store content except as required to use the store and purchase products.

Limitation and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tasman Made is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or customer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
